I hate to be the one to burst people's bubbles, but this poster is a reprint taken from "The Disney Poster Book", published in 1977 by Harmony Books. I can see the page number (11) and copyright on the bottom of the page. The book itself featured several printings of stills and posters from Disney shorts and features.
It's not worth the near thousand dollars the guy's looking to get.
